ABOUT THE AUTHOR:  J.K. Rowling

Joanne "JoRowling, (born 31 July 1965), better known as J. K. Rowling, is a British novelist, best known as the author of the Harry Potter fantasy series. The Potter books have gained worldwide attention, won multiple awards, sold more than 400 million copies to become the best-selling book series in history and been the basis for a popular series of films, in which Rowling had overall approval on the scripts as well as maintaining creative control by serving as a producer on the final installment. Rowling conceived the idea for the series on a train trip from Manchester to London in 1990.

Book Review:

Harry Potter was a 5th years student at Hogwarts. He was an intelligent and athletic boy. The setting of this book is a whole differet, and seperate world from the busy and crowded city. It was the wizard world. Aren't that spooky? The novel Harry POtter and the Order of Phoenix was set at a wizard school, Hogwarts. Every wizard sent their children to Hogwarts in order to have a good education. This was his 5th year at Hogwarts. Voldemort, the Lord of Dark Arts, is coming back to the Wizard World after few years of escaping. He will accomplish his golas, killing and destroying all people whose offense or betrayed him, as his plans. Voldemort come back with his disciple after few years of escaping. The Ministry of Magic don't believe in that. THey sent a "teacher" to mess up Hogwarts. Will Harry have enough powers to defend the Death Easters? Or, will the Death Easters enjoyed victory...? Let's read and discover what happen next?

MY COMMENT FOR THIS BOOK:

Is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix as good as the other Harry Potter books? No. This is actually quite a bit better. The tone is darker, and this has the unexpected-but very pleasing-effect of making Rowling's wit and playful black humor shine all the brighter... Will kids (and adults as well) still be wild about Harry 100 years from now, or 200? My best guess is that he will indeed stand tie's test and wind up on a shelf where only the best are kept. I think Harry will take his place with Alice,Dorothy... and this is one series no just for the decade, but for the ages....
